Our Approach
At The Villa Group, we take a long-term, partnership-driven approach to company building. Our strategy rests on three core pillars: structured creation, strategic ownership, and network-driven growth.
Each month, we select eight exceptional individuals to form one united founding team. Over an intensive seven-day program, they move from concept to a fully registered company, supported by mentors, industry experts, and investors.
We take an initial 20% ownership in every company we help create. At the first external investment round, we sell 10% to incoming investors, while retaining 10% as a long-term holding. This structure allows us to remain invested — both financially and strategically — in every company’s journey, without the need to deploy risk capital upfront.
Our growing portfolio forms the foundation of a connected ecosystem where experience, talent, and capital flow between ventures. Through our alumni network, investor partnerships, and strategic guidance, each new company benefits from the collective strength of all that have come before. Over time, this compounds into lasting value for founders, investors, and The Villa Group alike.
